4.2 User Control and Deletion Rights

You maintain complete control over your codebase data:

  • You may delete your cloud environment and all associated codebase data at any time through your account settings.
  • Upon deletion, your codebase data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 48 hours.
  • Backup copies retained for disaster recovery purposes will be deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.

4.3 Data Security Measures

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your codebase and personal information:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.

We retain your codebase data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as you direct. Specifically:

  • Codebase data is retained in your cloud environment until you delete it or terminate your account.
  • Analysis results and generated insights may be retained to improve service quality unless you request deletion.
  • Account information and usage data are retained for the duration of your account and up to 7 years thereafter for legal and compliance purposes.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 Third-Party Service Providers
